Inside the Library
3:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Remarks from Council Member Cara Mendelsohn and Library Staff
4:15 P.M. Performance and Meet and Greet with Dallas' First Poet Laureate Joaquin Zihuatanejo
5:30 P.M. Performance by The Rob Holbert Band
3 P.M. - 7 P.M.
Crafts in the Auditorium - Sand Art
Photo Booth - take fun pictures together
Renner Frankford Library Friends - meet some of the friends and learn about what they do
Outside the Library 3 to 7 P.M. unless noted
Dallas Animal Services [3 to 5 P.M.] - learn about fostering, adoption, and meet some adorable baby kittens
Dallas Fire and Rescue - see a fire truck and meet your local rescue heroes
Ice Cream Truck - get a sweet treat to cool off from the summer heat!
Jumbo Games - enjoy giant checkers, tic-tac-toe, connect 4, and more
