Program Description

Event Details

Participants explore the traditional culture and history of African textiles as a medium for storytelling. Through mindful exploration, participants consider their personal stories and incorporate their tales in to African textile forms such as Dahomey Applique, Nigerian Adire, West African Adinkra, and Senegalese Inking.
