Cathryn will demystify imposter syndrome and take you out of the silo of feeling like you are the only one suffers from that nagging feeling of not being qualified enough. And more importantly, she'll give you the tools to crush the negative self-talk and help you unlock your most authentic self.

Cathryn McClellan Kelly is a constant over-committer, experienced anxious person, studier of imposter syndrome, constant asker of the question, "Am I qualified to do this", and also host of the podcast "Am I Qualified to Do This." Cathryn has a bachelor's from Hendrix College in psychology and philosophy and a master's from Southern Methodist University in Communications.
