Member recruitment is an ongoing challenge for neighborhood organizations at all stages. COVID, busy lifestyles, and changing demographics provide opportunities for leaders to re-evaluate the neighborhood organization’s brand, purpose, activities and communication strategies. 

This workshop will provide tools to assist leaders with developing short term action steps to not only recruit, but re-engage and sustain members.
