Author Ron Schwarz discusses his powerful book, The Quiet Strength of Resilience, a family tale of Holocaust survival. Schwarz chronicles his late father's journey from his boyhood in pre-war Germany amid a rising wave of Nazi antisemitism, to teen years spent in constant hiding, to the post war reunion with his family. This well-researched and deeply personal story is told through the lens of a child who endures living in the darkest days in world history.
