HeritageQuest® Online, powered by Ancestry.com, is an American genealogy database with primary sources, local and family histories, research guides, interactive census maps, and much more.  Available with your Dallas Public Library card, HeritageQuest's over 4.4 billion records can be searched from the comfort of your own living room.

In this overview of HeritageQuest, you will learn how to:

  • Navigate the database
  • Effectively use search tools
  • Customize research and results
  • Print and save sources
