Event Details

Through the lens of body percussion and other unique expressions of rhythm and song, join us as we discover a powerful cultural and historical bridge between Africa and the United States from Teaching Artist Karla Nweje, from the Cowles Center for the Arts. From the Lowcountry to the Northeastern US, we will learn and celebrate with pre-Hip Hop party dances in this Discovery Wall experience.
