Event Details

Visit the Highland Hills branch to pick up your free watercolor kit in celebration of Black History Month, available during library hours in February from the 1st - 26th while supplies last.

Each kit comes with a pre-printed design on water color paper and watercolors. Choose from easier or more complicated designs, perfect for all ages!
