Event Details

A group of teens meet up monthly to discuss different books within the same genre. Bring your own snacks!

Two Rules:

-You DO NOT have to finish the book

-NO Spoilers (unless asked otherwise)

Genre of The Month: Environmental Thriller

In honor of Great Outdoors Month, read any book or graphic novel that is set in which the action involves an environmental calamity that changes the world as we know it!

If you don't have any particular books in mind, here are some suggested titles:

Weathering With You by Makoto Shinkai and Wataru Kubota

War Girls by Tochi Onyebuchi

7 SEEDS by Yumi Tamura

The Never Tilting World by Rin Chupeco

Animosity by Marguerite Bennett and Rafael de Latorre

At the end of every meeting, you get to cast your vote for the next month's genre.
