Buckle up for high flying tales and story adventures with Dallas native Shakar Soltani, Ms Texas Petite 2024!

Shakar Soltani, a Dallas native, was crowned Ms Texas Petite 2024. As a private pilot and former cabin hostess for a part 135 operator, Shakar found her passion in aviation in her early 20s when she began working for the aviation industry. Since then, she’s been committed to the advancement of women in aviation.  Her platform, The Traveling Sash, is all about encouraging women to travel on their own, be stewards in their community and break stereotypes of what a woman can and should be. Shakar will be competing in August for Petite USA at nationals in Chicago. If she succeeds in this, she will move on to the final stage of the competition as Petite Universal. She enjoys yoga, the outdoors and traveling and is very proud of her Persian and Mexican roots.
