Celebrate National Deaf History Month with the Texas School for the Deaf! Tour the Texas School for the Deaf and learn about Deaf culture and Deaf history with Avonne Brooker Rutowski, program specialist with the Texas School for the Deaf's Statewide Outreach Center.
