What to Expect:

  • Accessible Yoga Practices: Our experienced instructor from the Indian Cultural Heritage Foundation will lead you through a series of gentle yoga poses and stretches, all performed while seated comfortably in a chair. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, our classes cater to all skill levels and physical abilities.
