Chair yoga is designed for folks 55 years and above. 

The benefits of the classes are: 

  • improve balance
  • flexibility
  • strength 
  • an over all sense of well being

I lead the students through seated yoga poses and standing yoga poses;  the chair is there to help with stabilization.

Modifications are offered with the poses as each individual’s body different.

This program is free and open to all.
