Event Details

Crafternoons every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at Skillman Southwestern Branch Library!

Continuing our celebration of Hispanic Heritige Month, this weeks crafternoon craft is themed on Hojalata's!
Hojalata's are a folk art made with tin in Mexico that creates both practical and ornate objects into one beautiful work of art.

With just a few household items, markers or paint, you can recreate your very own Hojalata and keep centuries old practice alive.

This program is brought to you with thanks from the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.
