An instructor from the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project in Flushing, New York will join us virtually and teach us step-by-step how to make a lovely lotus flower lantern using colorful paper and wire frames. The lotus flower symbolizes creation, birth, liveability and reproduction. It's one of the most important symbols in both Korean culture, and its traditional religions.
