February is Black History Month. This month's Crafty Kids celebrates George Washington Carver.
George Washington Carver was famous for inventing more than 300 products made using peanuts, and developed a version similar to the peanut butter we use today. He was instrumental in introducing sustainable farming practices to the Black farming community in the south.
Create a fun paper plate peanut craft, inspired by George Washington Carver.
Supplies purchased by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.
