Create African Textiles with artist Renee Miche'al Jones

This program offers an opportunity for participants to develop assimilations of traditional works of Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, and Senegal, West Africa. Participants learn to create textile products from these cultures by creating written two-dimensional patterns of textile art gaining understanding of the mathematical correlation of the artwork.
