Event Details
In observance of Native American Heritage Month, the programming team is hosting a presentation on the cuisine of the indigenous peoples of North America. The primary resource for the content will be the award-winning cookbook, "The Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen," by Sean Sherman with Beth Dooley.
This event will be in-person. Registration is required. Due to safety concerns, the audience will be limited to 10 people. An email with further details on attendance will be sent out before the event itself.
