The Office of Arts and Culture is partnering with Dallas Public Libraries and Dallas Parks & Recreation for the Culture of Value Program 2025. This unique program will support ALAANA artists and organizations, who will present a one-day, one-time artistic project that develops a “Culture of Value” establishing the arts as essential to a thriving equitable society within the City of Dallas.
Each selected artist or organization will receive up to $3,000, funded by the Office of Arts and Culture, to bring their creative vision to life at a public library, park, or recreation center.
