Genealogy Expert LaBrenda Garrett-Nelson will present on the extent to which Immigration and naturalization records in the geographic area that became Texas varied over time–due to changes in governments and the influx of American settlers–including the U.S. rules that came into play after Texas was admitted as a state.

Join Dallas Genealogical Society on the first Saturday of the month (Sep-May) to hear a free genealogy speaker and learn new ways to find YOUR family history. Hospitality is provided at 10:30 a.m. followed by a short business meeting at 11 a.m. followed shortly by the FREE educational presenter.

Can't make it in person? Join the meeting online through the DGS website.
