Have you ever wondered why doctors always seem to have that little device around their necks?
That device is called a stethoscope, and it allows them to listen to your heart and other sounds inside your body!
Create your own stethoscope then use your math skills and the scientific method to see how your heartbeat changes when you’re sitting down versus when you get up and move.
Ages 5 and up.
All supplies are provided, but supplies are limited to the first 25 participants only.
Part of our SMART Summer programs, presented by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library
