The Friends of the North Oak Cliff Library will be presenting awards to the winners of the Día de Los Muertos themed art contest.
The public is welcome to attend this reception and enjoy music performed by the W.E. Greiner award winning Mariachi band. This program will be held outside, so please dress accordingly.
