Would you like to make your own handcrafted perfume or cologne?  If you do, come to the DIY perfume program at the Lancaster Kiest branch.  Here you will learn how to measure perfumer alcohol and select your own fragrance for your perfume.  Create your very own distinct perfume or cologne for yourself, or as a gift.
