Program Description

Event Details

Drumba is a fun, unique group fitness workout utilizing weighted drumsticks, dance moves, and high energy music. 

This 60 minute class is designed to challenge all fitness levels by using a variety of different music types with fast and slow rhythms.  

Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear clothes they are comfortable moving around in. Registration is recommended and if we reach capacity those who are register have a confirmed spot in the class.
