Program Description

Event Details

DRUMBA is an exercise format that combines regular or weighted Drumba Stix with combinations of dance steps and exercise moves to create a fast-paced, intense cardio workout for the upper and lower body. It can be done seated or standing and is a fun cardiovascular workout for all ages and abilities

Drumba Fitness will provide us with a 40 minute workout at the Prairie Creek branch library. Register to secure your spot!

 

DRUMBA es un formato de ejercicio que combina Drumba Stix regular o con peso con combinaciones de pasos de baile y movimientos de ejercicio para crear un entrenamiento cardiovascular intenso y de ritmo rápido para la parte superior e inferior del cuerpo. Se puede realizar sentado o de pie y es un ejercicio cardiovascular divertido para todas las edades y habilidades.
