As we celebrate Texas Independence Day, you may be curious about whether you have early Texas ancestors. Find out about how DNA and early Texas family history research can help you learn more about your family's past. Dallas Public Library Genealogy Specialist Mic Barnette will talk about the Texas State Genealogical Society's Early Texans DNA Project, how you can get involved, and how Dallas Public Library can help you with your early Texas research.

This program is available both in-person at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library, 8th floor AND online via Zoom. Register below for either option!
