Earth Kids – Learn About Ground Water

What is ground water? Why does it matter? Well, the earth has a lot of really cool ways to keep itself clean and ground water is a perfect example! If you want to know how the earth can clean water when humans aren’t around and ways that you can help make the task easier, join our August program! Kids will learn so much about ground water with the help of our hands-on activity.

Earth Kids is a series of monthly in person programs with hands-on activities with the Dallas Public Library and The Office of Environmental Quality and Sustainability. The program is aimed at kids 14 and under encouraging them to become environmentalists and learn different ways to take care of the planet.
