We're celebrating Black History Month with a creative twist that empowers and inspires. Join us for a unique program where teens will receive their very own tote bags and learn how to screen print powerful quotes from famous Black individuals. With embroidery hoops, fabric paint, and mesh fabric, you'll craft a meaningful masterpiece to carry with pride.

Each participant will receive a tote bag to transform into a canvas of empowerment. Express your respect for Black history and culture through quotes that resonate with you.

Library staff will guide you in selecting and screen printing quotes from famous Black figures who've made a significant impact. It's a chance to celebrate the wisdom and inspiration they've shared with the world.
