Equinox-Descenso de la Serpiente

The exhibit explores the Mayan cultural traditions around the Solar Equinox including the "descent of the serptent," the great god Kukulcan or feathered serpent, in the form of shadows on the Temple of Kukulcan at Chichen Itza, an archeological site in the Mexican State of Yucatan.
