Aspiring game developers and fans unite!

Join us for a special FanCentral panel with video game industry professionals. We have five fantastic industry insiders who will join us for a chat about how they got started in their careers and what the journey has been like to go from player to maker!

Darcy Ludington is a Strategic Program Manager at Riot Games where she works on providing player value through working with a team of engineers to produce tech for players around the world.

Brent Randall joined with Riot 9.5 years ago after graduating from DigiPen Institute of Technology. Currently a Senior Staff Engineer and just shipped VALORANT. Brent also did engineering on League of Legends as well as filling a variety of roles including Project Management, Quality Assurance and Player Support.

Shaun Randall worked at Riot Games for 8 years as a Technical Product Manager where he helped hire hundreds of people. He quit in 2018 to found his own company and to release Valgrave: Immortal Plains.

Gina Cruz Rivera worked as an analyst for Riot Games for the last 4 years in a number of different spaces. Riot is her first gaming industry job. Gina worked with Localization data, helped optimize how to track patch data, and developed KPIs for over a dozen teams. 

Michael Coleman works in the Learning and Development department at Riot Games.
