What is the Festival of Lights?

This festival is a celebratory gathering of neighbors and businesses from the Vickery Meadows community, taking time to meet and get to know one another and learn about the great services and events in the area. See how bright our neighborhood is with our tree lighting showing off all the bright folks in the community.
