Event Details
Food is a source of life that allows us to build communities and show caring for those we love. Family recipes are a way to connect across generations as we teach the skill of cooking or sit down for a meal together.
Author Meagan Anderson will be at the Forest Green Branch Library to read her book Filled Bellies, Full Hearts and share why food is an important medium for her and her family to show they care. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own family recipes to share with others. Form bonds and discover new recipes and cultures through this family recipe sharing program!
