First Time Homebuyers Workshop

Catholic Charities Dallas is holding a First Time Homebuyer’s Workshop for individuals and families interested in learning about purchasing a home. 

Whether you are just starting out, or ready to make an offer, this workshop will provide unbiased facts and information that will make the process smoother and less stressful.  

The housing market is highly regulated and very competitive, and the process can be quite daunting.  Our experienced and trustworthy Financial Coaches, realtors and banking partners will be here for you each step of the way.

Information will include:

• Getting pre-qualified to purchase a home
• The loan process
• Finding the right home
• Making an offer and closing the deal
