As part of our Spring Garden Series, the Do-It-Yourself Texas Wildflower Press Project is a two-part workshop where participants will discover the beauty of Texas wildflowers while learning the basics of pressing flowers. In the first session, you’ll learn about the vibrant wildflowers that grace our state each spring while constructing your own flower press to preserve your collected blooms, using provided materials and guided step-by-step. In the second session, later this Spring, participants will transform their freshly pressed flowers into unique pieces of such as candles, framed art, and jewelry. Get ready to celebrate spring and let your creativity bloom!
