The Kleberg-Rylie Library will be hosting a free Covid-19 vaccination event. Please follow the instructions below to register for the vaccine prior to attending.

Key reminders for registering:

  • Please ensure you answer all of the patient, insurance, and screening questions for the patient receiving the vaccine.
  • Please ensure if you are a parent or legal guardian registering your child, you are entering your child’s information into the system.
  • Once complete, select the date, location and time.
  • You are not fully registered until you receive a QR code.

What to bring on the day of vaccination?:

  • Please come at your selected timeslot. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait until your time slot.
  • Registration QR code
  • Valid ID
  • CDC Card from 1st dose (if this is your second dose)
  • Minors must be accompanied by their parent or guardian
