As we welcome another Texas summer, learn more about water conservation gardening with Ruth Klein, Texas Master Gardener. This program airs on the first day of summer for 2022 and it could not be a better time to discuss water conservation techniques for our gardens. Ruth will lead us through the 7 principles of water conservation gardening, and how we can use them in our landscapes. Topics include design ideas, soil preparation, using native and other types of plants suitable for this area, using mulch, watering techniques, and maintenance.
