Join us for a lovely family movie night! In the Mexican town of San Angel, Manolo, Maria and Joaquin have been friends ever since childhood. Although their lives have taken different paths -- Maria was sent to Europe, Joaquin joined the military, and Manolo studied to become a bullfighter -- one thing remains the same: Manolo and Joaquin both want to marry Maria. Little does the trio know that battling husband-and-wife deities have made a high-stakes wager on the love triangle's outcome.

This is geared towards whole families and we will be spreading out in our auditorium. Please bring snacks and blankets or floor cushions to stay comfy while watching the movie. We will also have tables and chairs towards the back of the auditorium.

We will be starting right at 5 pm so plan to be at the library around 4:45 to have some time to get settled in. At the library, we have activity packets for kids and adults for our more restless attendees.

Please call the library for the title of the film we will be watching.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Dallas Public Library

This is an in-person event inside the library, please keep social distancing in mind; masks are recommended.

Registration is not required, please do so if you would like reminders and event updates via email.
