Event Details

Know Your City is a 3-part series all about how the City of Dallas works. The series will present basic information about city council, service requests, and zoning. This is designed to provide basic information about city departments and offer residents the opportunity to ask questions. This program will be hybrid, meaning you can attend in person or online. 

311 Services Department

The Department of 311 will be here to explain the basics of the service request website. Representatives of 311 will discuss how they communicate with city departments to make necessary repairs .
