Planning & Urban Design- Historic Preservation: The Department of Planning & Urban Design will be discussing their efforts in preserving Dallas's most historic buildings. The Office of Historic Preservation provides services related to historic districts, historic structures and potential historic districts and structures. These services include Landmark (historic) Designation, Certificates of Appropriateness (approval forms for work on landmark structures) and administering tax incentive programs within Historic Districts and on individual Historic Structures. This class will be held both in-person and online via Zoom. Register below to secure your spot.
