We tend to the health of our bodies in lots of different ways every single day, but what about our hearts and our minds? If you struggle to support yourself and others when experiencing a mental or emotional crisis, you aren't alone.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) North Texas is sharing resources and information on how to better support and enrich you and your family's unique journey towards mental wellness. 

We'll also explore healthy ways to track and process your mental health from day to day through journaling. For many individuals, the practice of journaling helps free up mental space and reflect on daily feelings, and can be a helpful tool for tracking symptoms, understand triggers and seeing patterns.
