If you’re looking to learn more about how to use technology for access to services, how to make request online, social media basics, and online safety with DPD this Lunch & Learn is for you. Enjoy free lunch on us and learn how to take your technology skills to another level.

You will learn the following:

  • How to use and download City of Dallas Apps
  • Learn Social Media Basics Facebook, Next Door, Twitter and Instagram
  • Online Safety with DPD
  • How to make and create a service request using the 311 app and the website
