Lunch and Learn: Adult Speaker Series

Welcome to our Lunch and Learn series where we will invite local experts to discuss topics of interest from history to philosophy to science and more. This month will feature our own Caitlin Hughes as she uses her past studies in gothic literature and film. We will be delving into "The Haunting of Hill House" in book, film, and television. Shirley Jackson's novel is a gothic tale set in a haunted house that has inspired both movie adaptation and a television mini-series. The gothic isn't always about supernatural haunting but instead things in real life that come to haunt us as well. Calling fans of any or all three stories to bring your lunch and learn with us!
