Tis the season for spooky terror! But don't fear, Meghan is here....to tell us all about Spiders this month. These lowly creatures are often misunderstood and have scary reputations. This presentation will discuss Texas spider species and other arachnids found here in our gardens. The program will highlight strategies for identifying spiders, spider taxonomy and their natural history.

"Master Naturalists Present..." is a monthly series featuring presentations from local nature experts of the nonprofit North Texas Master Naturalists. This months presenter is Meghan Cassidy, a naturalist and photographer. Look for her photographs in the new book "Mindful of Texas Nature" or join her on a nighttime spider walk......if you dare!!!!!!

This program is available online only, through Zoom. Registration is required. Zoom information will be emailed the day of the program. Emails may go to your spam folder.
