Event Details

Kick of the Mayor's Summer Reading Challenge with Slappy the Clown, craft activities, face painters, balloon artists and community vendors.  Join the fun and sign up for the reading challenge.  First 100 children to register for the reading challenge will get a free Kona Ice.  This great event is made possible through the generous donations of the White Rock Friends Group and Friend of the Dallas Public Library.
