As our first installation of the Mindfulness and Meditation Series, we are partnering with Maria Pacheco of Core Power Yoga to provide a healthy and relaxing medium for patrons to improve their overall health and wellness. Core Power Yoga is committed to Diversity, Unity, and Change. Through their classes the patrons will be supported by learning ways to strengthen their core, enhance their metabolism, experience better bone health, and muscle growth. Core Power Yoga also promotes balance, community, and practice. They encourage participation from people in all walks of life and celebrate differences, providing a safe space for patrons while experiencing their practice. Bringing your own yoga mat is strongly encouraged.
