Our Earth Day-inspired book club selection for April is Saving us : A climate scientist's case for hope and healing in a divided world by Katharine Hayhoe.
This book examines climate justice issues in the United States, but it also places a strong emphasis on how to communicate about them to others in order to work together to overcome challenges. Writer Katharine Hayhoe is the is a Texas-based climate scientist who believes that "small conversations can have astonishing results." We will continue this conversation in our book club meeting!
