Purpose of Meeting

The City of Dallas is looking for your input on the Draft Permanent Ordinance of Notice of Proposed Eviction which

  • Encourage tenants and landlords to work collaboratively
  • Support tenants in understanding their rights and responsibilities; and
  • Provide time for tenants to cure lease violations  and  help  prevent  the  loss  of housing, while  maintaining lease obligations

We will be hosting three community session, and we hope you can join us during the month of February.
