Papel Picado Craft

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month by creating your own papel picado! Through this craft we will learn the cultural significance of this Mexican tradition while using tissue paper and scissors to create our own designs. Stencils will be provided to help you cut and create these cultural decorative pieces that you can take home and decorate your own home or office.
