Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) is an informal group led by Child Protective Services (CPS) parents for parents with current or previous CPS involvement. PEP was created to give parents the insight and learn what they need to know from a parent’s point of view. Parents get advice from other parents who have been successfully reunited with their children in a confidential setting.
