When filing for a patent, one of the most complicated process in completing your application is patent searching. Patent search is necessary to avoid filing previous designs and restarting the process.

This workshop is about how to use the Patent Search website, what to expect during this process, and how to search for specific parts of your potential design. This workshop is meant to assist with navigating the USPTO patent search website, not to assist with potential patent designs.
